Digital subscription policy

Anlingo is a subscription-only SaaS. Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already billed are generally non-refundable unless required by law or provided through an explicit written offer.

How cancellation works

  • You can cancel at any time through your billing method or by contacting support.
  • Your subscription remains active through the current paid billing period unless local law requires otherwise.
  • After cancellation takes effect, no new renewal charges are made.

Refund review exceptions

We may review refund requests in limited cases, including:

  • duplicate charges;
  • clear technical billing errors caused by us;
  • fraudulent charges confirmed after review;
  • mandatory consumer refund rights under applicable law.

Payment provider notes

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Whop, Stripe, or MoMo. Dispute workflows and timing may also depend on the applicable provider rules.
